We are a pride festival in another state

Once cloned and in our wordpress account we will change the branding and content

We love its functionality

and since most pride festivals are similer

How will the clone deal with the 3rd party plug ins of contact forms and cutom registration froms

And it will have all the back end functionality for managing, updates etc

How do we proceed… Do you clone site.. allow me to test the front and back and on a demo location…

May I ask how this is done without access to the back end of the original site

You can copy all the HTML, CSS, JPEGs, GIFs, JavaScript and everything else using a web crawler tool really easily. However, that’s just a snapshot of the site.

I think you mean you want to copy the website code, i.e. the WordPress PHP, the database data, etc. That you can’t do without having access to the web server directly (and database server, if separate), or the WordPress console to export/backup the site, or some other web server access mechanism.
