You can copy all the HTML, CSS, JPEGs, GIFs, JavaScript and everything else using a web crawler tool really easily. However, that’s just a snapshot of the site.

I think you mean you want to copy the website code, i.e. the WordPress PHP, the database data, etc. That you can’t do without having access to the web server directly (and database server, if separate), or the WordPress console to export/backup the site, or some other web server access mechanism.

How do you get around this
