I cannot access my wp admin

Good afternoon. I am trying to access my wordpress admin section but it does not let me do so. I think that I might have forgotten my password, however, when I ask for a password reset, using my wp admin username, wordpress asks me to check for a link in an email but I am not receiving this email. Could you assist me with this? thank you very  much!

actually your database getting cache that’s why your wordpress login detail is not working need to repair your database.
