As a consequence my site has gone down.

The host to my site upgraded their servers from PHP 5.6 to PHP 7.0. As a consequence my site has gone down. The advice I have been given is to upgrade my version of wordpress. Unfortunately I am unable to access wordpress as none of my login details are recognized and according to wordpress I do not have any wordpress sites yet! I can only assume from this that the person (whom I’m not in contact with now) who set up the site for me has different login details from those I used to update the site! I have checked all my emails on my accounts to see whether I have received notification of updates and it appears I haven’t received any! Is there anything that can be done to get my website up and running again? As this is my business site it is important to try and get it up. unfortunately this was set to automatic on my laptop. I tried all my username and password options with no luck and as wordpress doesn’t recognize any of my email accounts I am unable to reset the username and password!
