Help correcting header font, please

Hello.
Last Monday I paid #39 to have the header font on my theme corrected. It was done but now it’s reverting back to the original. If you click on the header of a post you’ll see it change to the correct one which is “Cinzel”. It was doing that before it was corrected and now again. No idea why.

I changed to Siteground

But I don’t access my site through it. Only through WP.

No idea. I certainly didn’t mess around with the code. I don’t know how to do that anyway.

Can it be fixed again? I paid for the change.

It wasn’t changed in the code so whoever looks at it should still be able to see it’s been changed. No idea why it’s doing that.

Now, if I look at a post it’s back to the old font. If I click it it changes to the right one.

Look at the header font in the first screen shot. That’s the wrong one. The second screen shot header font is correct.
