Hi WordPress Agent! I’m considering signing up for support but I have a few questions before doing so.

I’m NOT a wordpress expert but I’ve been learning. I have a site where I’m constantly getting an error that when I attempt to update a plugin that says Update Failed: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.

It’s for visual composer, I believe it may be causing other issues on the site as well, I’m not able to update my member mouse plugin OR update the theme either..even the php config file needs to be adjusted..is this something that 24×7 support would be able to do for me with the 39 dollar a month plan?
