My domain expired

My domain expired yesterday. I am trying to renew and when i click on the WordPress renewal button i enter my ********.com email and it say user doesn’t exist? Please help me renew my website domain asap. thanks!

I’m trying to figure out if I need ********** at all?Then I will renew with WordPress but would like this question answered first. much appreciated!
