no longer received 99% of my subscribed blogs

I have tried to call from Australia but am told my ‘call cannot be connected’!  I do NOT have my own blog but have a v large blogroll which is important to me.  Two weeks ago I no longer received 99% of my subscribed blogs by email and had to click into my WP a/c to access.  A nuisance.  From yesterday when I enter my a/c I do get through but all I can see are shadows and not the blogs – I live alone, am not IT savvy and would like to resolve this asap.  Please, what is going on.  And please do not ask me for URL or ‘domain’ – I am a very active 82-year-old but do not know what these terms mean.  Thank you!!

I do not know whether my last message got thru’?  I said I do not have my own blog just a v large blogroll which has worked to perfection until a fortnight ago and after that I could access via the WP site – I have phoned Telstra support – they say it is entirely a WP ‘fault’  – please I just want to go back to a 7-year normal!

May I ask about how long you will be as I have to attend a committee  meeting and I really have to find answers to this/

Well, this is a WP a/c issue and it  was perfectly OK for seven years until yesterday!  I had full access!

Normally from one of the blogs but over the last two weeks I have looked up WP on Google and then provided my email address.  It has always been OK – I can get in now: it is just that the blogs show up as shadow blocks.
